40th Anniversary Session | 4:30 p.m. - 5:45 p.m.
Join NWFA as the main Expo sponsor for these two events and welcome attendees to Charlotte and celebrate NWFA's 40 years.  We will begin the evening with a program showcasing 40 years of service, program update, industry update, and the Wood Floor of the Year Awards program.

We will host a reception following the session and celebrate NWFA's 40th Anniversary.  Enjoy appetizers and drinks.

Join the NWFA Membership Team, NWFA Board of Directors at the annual New Member Reception on Tuesday, April 16 from 3:30 p.m. - 4:15 p.m. Drinks and dessert will be served.  

Sponsor will receive recognition on signage and will have an opportunity to welcome the new members to NWFA.  This sponsorship qualifies for a Supporter Sponsor from $2,000-$5,999.

Let's celebrate another successful Wood Flooring Expo with food and drinks one last time before everyone goes home.  This event is very popular with our attendees and provides an opportunity to network with old and new friends one last time.

Sponsors will be recognized throughout the event on signage and mobile app.

NWFA Expo will host the seventh Emerging Leaders Reception at the Expo.  This event is for members 40 years of age and under and we anticipate 150+ attendees.  

Sponsorship includes signage throughout the event (entrance, buffet table and bar).  Sponsor(s) can provide a swag gift for all attendees with the understanding that the cost/shipping will be the responsibility of the sponsoring company and not NWFA.

This is a co-sponsorship event at $3,000 each.

Join other exhibitors and sponsor the Raise the Bar Happy Hour on Wednesday, April 17th from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m..  Beer will be served in your booth during the last hour on the of the trade show floor where you can show case your company's products while serving a beer of your choice.  

The sponsor fee covers the cost of beer/bartender fee and includes promotion in the mobile app. Participating companies also qualify for the Friend Sponsorship at $500-$1,999

Join other exhibitors and sponsor the Raise the Bar Happy Hour on Wednesday, April 17th from 4:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m..  Serve cocktail of your choice in your booth during the last hour on the of the trade show floor where you can show case your company's products while enjoying a cocktail.

The sponsor fee covers the cost of drinks for 100 people and bartender fee and includes promotion in the mobile app. Participating companies also qualify for the Sponsorship at Supporter Sponsor $2,000-$5,999.

The Exhibitor Demonstration Theater has become a very popular event over the years.  The theater is located on the show floor and provides exhibitors with an opportunity to demonstrate a product of their choice.  

Each sponsor will be guaranteed a half hour timeslot to present a demo and will be recognized with company logo on the Demonstration Theater signage and company mentioned within mobile app.  Sponsor(s) will also be recognized at the beginning of each day when the trade show opens prior to the first demonstration.

Join NWFA as a co-exhibitor for the Distribtutor & Manufacturer on Wednesday, April 16,  5:00-6:00 p.m. following the close of the exhibit hall in the convention center.  The event hosts 200+ attendees and is a great time to network and build new business relationships.
