Welcome to the 2025 Expo Online Booth Application System:   

The 2024 Expo Exhibitors have an opportunity to secure a booth space early (May 8-31) before all other members and guests.

Past Exhibitors:  If you have exhibited in the past, but you cannot locate your password please click on "forgot password" below and you should receive an email with the password. 

The Exhibitor password is required to access the online booth application and if you cannot access this information, please email events@nwfa.org and a NWFA staff member will provide you with this information within 24-48 hours.  

New Exhibitors:  Please complete a company profile if you have never exhibited at the Wood Flooring Expo and after the information is submitted you will receive an email with a company password to access the system.

  2. Verify your contact information so attendees can connect with you.
  3. Review your program guide listing for accuracy.

Forgot your exhibitor password?

No worries.  Click on retrieve and a box will populate where you will need to add your email.  Once your email has been added then click on the green button "E-mail My Login Info" and you will receive an email with your company password.  

NEW EXHIBITORS:  If you think you have exhibited in the past, please email events@nwfa.org to confirm you do not already have an exhibitor profile in the system.  If you do not, click here to add your company profile to the exhibitor database. Once this task has been completed and you submit the profile, you should receive an email with your assigned exhibitor password that is required to access the online application.
