The value of the trip is ~$5,000, and includes:

  • Round-trip flight from Chicago O’Hare* to Frankfurt (*travel to/from Chicago not included)

Non-NWFA Members

NWFA's membership is a company membership, not an individual. To attend the Expo as an NWFA member, please complete the online membership application and pay the appropriate fee. Once processed, first-time members will receive a promo code for one complimentary staff registration. By following these steps, you will receive the NWFA Expo member rate listed for your staff. Your NWFA membership will run through June 30, 2026. This offer applies only to new members and not membership renewals.

Expo Registration Cancellation Policy

A 25% administrative fee will be deducted from each cancellation and must be submitted in writing via email to NWFA@maritz.com by March 18, 2025.

No refunds will be issued after March 18, 2025.


Expo Housing Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received after March 5, 2025, will be assessed a fee of $75 per room by NWFA. Cancellations made by the web or email at NWFA@maritz.com on or before the deadline will not incur a cancellation fee. You must contact the hotel within 72 hours before arrival to avoid a full night's room and tax penalty in addition to the $75 NWFA cancellation fee. The hotel will charge a one-night deposit per room reservation on or after March 27, 2025.
