Welcome to the Expo online booth application system login.   

2024 Booth Sales Process:  All booth reservations will be made through the online application system.  

New Exhibitors:  Please complete a company profile if you have never exhibited at the Wood Flooring Expo and after the information is submitted you will receive an email with a company password to access the system. 

Past Exhibitors:  If you have exhibited in the past, but you cannot locate your password please click on "forgot password" below and you should receive an email with the password. 

The password is required to access the online booth application and if you cannot access this information, please email events@nwfa.org and a NWFA staff member will provide you with this information within 24-48 hours.

  1. Update your eBooth to take full advantage of your online presence.
  2. Verify your contact information so attendees can connect with you.
  3. Review your program guide listing for accuracy.

Forgot your exhibitor password?

No worries.  Click on retrieve and a box will populate where you will need to add your email.  Once your email has been added then click on the green button "E-mail My Login Info" and you will receive an email with your company password.  

NEW EXHIBITORS please email katie.donahue@nwfa.org to confirm you do not already have a profile in the exhibitor system.  If you do not, click here to complete your company to our database, so you can secure a booth for Expo.
